Dropbox Advantages of a account
One of the biggest advantages is that Dropbox is free and it gives you a space of 2 gigabytes to drop everything you want to store in this space, but if you start spreading the “good news” about Dropbox with friends and family and they register you could increase this space some gigs more.
It is very convenient and easy to use. Even the rockiest user can figure out how to use it very fast because it is very intuitive. Besides all that, you can share files instantly with whoever you want without the need of having a Dropbox account.
As it has a folder that synchronizes and keep all the files in the most updated version, you can use this to substitute cables and very complicated networks to share files. The only thing you should do is to install a Dropbox in every computer with the same account and voila! There you have a common folder to share documents and files with co-workers, classmates or even members of a full family that love interchanging pictures or working in common projects.
